Interrogating ‘migration’ as a conceptual language in research
Date: October 24, 2018
We are happy to announce another REM event! On October 24, at 4.00 pm there will be an informal workshop session organised by Yi’En Cheng. The workshop focuses on the relationship between migration and mobilities. Based on Allison Hui’s (2016) paper entitled ‘Boundaries of interdisciplinary fields: temporalities shaping the past and future of dialogue between migration and mobilities research’, we are going to discuss our own disciplinary engagement with migration/mobilities and explore possibilities of interdisciplinary research activities around migration/mobilities at REM. Snacks provided. (Faculty only)
